•Review causes and types of delusions/hallucinations
•Recognize triggers and appropriate intervention techniques to aid persons experiencing
delusions/hallucinations
•Review recognition and intervention techniques to assist with recovery/treatment
•Experience auditory hallucinations experience with headset to enhance understanding of auditory
hallucinations and develop empathy for others
•Understand stigma and gain empathy of persons who experience delusions/hallucinations
